All documents, templates, frameworks, playbooks, and content available through CTRL+Lead ("Products") are provided strictly for general informational and guidance purposes only. Our Products:

Are starting points and reference frameworks — not finalized, legally binding documents
Require review and adaptation by a qualified HR professional and/or legal professional before operational use
May not account for your specific organizational context, applicable state-specific regulations, or recent changes in law
Do not constitute legal advice, HR advice, compliance certification, or professional opinion of any kind
Are not a substitute for independent professional judgment

3. No Legal or Professional Advice

Nothing on this website or in any of our Products constitutes or should be construed as legal advice, employment law advice, HR advice, or professional advice of any kind. We expressly disclaim any attorney-client or professional-client relationship between CTRL+Lead and any user.

For any matter with potential legal consequences — including but not limited to employee terminations, disciplinary actions, POSH complaints, employment disputes, or regulatory compliance — you must consult a qualified and licensed legal professional independently of our Products.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our Products — including but not limited to text, document structure, design, templates, frameworks, and copy — is the intellectual property of CTRL+Lead and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-organisation licence to use, adapt, and implement the purchased Products within your own organization only. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any Product to third parties
Share, publish, or otherwise make our Products available to parties outside your organization
Use our Products to create competing template or document products
Remove or obscure any attribution or copyright notices

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CTRL+Lead, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

Your use of, or inability to use, any Product
Any reliance placed on any content, document, or framework provided by CTRL+Lead
Any employment dispute, legal proceeding, regulatory action, or compliance failure arising from use of our Products
Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any Product
Any loss of data, business, revenue, or goodwill

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CTRL+Lead and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our Products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

7. Third-Party Expert Services

Services listed under "Expert Services" on our website — including POSH training, employer branding execution, corporate events, and employment law guidance — are provided by independent third-party specialists and partner organizations. CTRL+Lead facilitates introductions only and is not a party to any agreement between you and such third parties. We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or legality of services provided by third-party partners.

8. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure our Products reference applicable Indian laws and regulations accurately. However, laws change, and our Products may not always reflect the most current legal position. We do not warrant that our Products are free from errors, omissions, or are current as of any particular date. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and applicability of any content before use.
